  • Android: The app is currently supported on 14,481 Android devices. Please refer to the Android device list for details. The app requires running a minimum of Android 4.1 (API level 16)
  • iOS: The app is supported on iPhones and iPads running a minimum of iOS 8.0.

 

This error occurs when the name of a worksheet (to be found in the tab at the bottom of the Google Sheet) is not referenced correctly. This often happens when the Sheet ID is confused with the Spreadsheet ID.
