## TERMS OF USE
Last updated: May 21, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the **Scan to Sheets** mobile app (the "app") published by **The Mobile-First Company** and operated by **Dynamiq Data Ltd.** ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading,
installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
### Use of the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scan to Sheets on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent applicable law permits;
- translate the app into other languages or otherwise adapt it;
- use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission;
- use the app to do anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
### Google services and your Google account
Scan to Sheets integrates with **Google Sheets**, **Google Drive (via Google Picker)**, and **Google Sign-In**. When you use these features, you're also using Google's services, and your use of those services is
governed by Google's own terms — including the [Google Terms of Service](https://policies.google.com/terms) and the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Our handling of data we receive through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the [Google API Services User Data
Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from your [Google Account
permissions page](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
### Your content
You retain ownership of the data you scan and write into your Google Sheets. We don't claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to collect and store the data you
scan in the app.
### Intellectual property
The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of **Dynamiq Data Ltd.**. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those
rights to you.
### Subscriptions and payments
Some features of the app require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed by Apple or Google according to your store account settings. Renewal,
cancellation, and refund handling follow the rules of the store you purchased through. We use **RevenueCat** to manage subscription entitlements; we never receive your payment card details.
### Internet connectivity, data, and device costs
The app requires an internet connection to sync with Google Sheets and to deliver many of its features. If you use the app over a mobile data connection or over Wi-Fi for which you pay, you're responsible for
any data charges, roaming fees, or other costs your carrier or network provider charges you. If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, the same applies to any data costs.
You're responsible for keeping your device charged, connected, and otherwise able to run the app. We aren't responsible if you can't use the app because your device runs out of battery, loses network, or
otherwise can't reach our services.
### Jailbroken or rooted devices
You should not use the app on a jailbroken or rooted device. Doing so can compromise its security and reliability, and we can't guarantee the app will work correctly — or that we'll be able to support you — if
you do.
### App updates
We may update the app from time to time, including to add features, fix bugs, change supported operating systems, or for security reasons. You may need to install updates to keep using the app. We may also stop
providing the app, or stop supporting a particular version, at any time.
### Third-party services
The app uses third-party services (for analytics, crash reporting, messaging, subscriptions, and cloud infrastructure) as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those features may also be subject to those
providers' terms. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
### Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it; if you do,
your license to use the app ends as well.
### Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free,
or that any data it processes will always be accurate or available. You're responsible for backing up your data.
### Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither The Mobile-First Company nor Dynamiq Data Ltd. will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits,
revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the app.
### Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll provide additional notice (for example, in the app). Continued use of the app
after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
### Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
